Artwork & Copyright

Unless expressly transferred in writing:

  • Blush Pony Studio retains all copyrights and intellectual property rights to original artwork and designs.

  • Clients purchase ownership of the completed physical artwork or commissioned piece only.

  • Purchasing artwork does not transfer copyright, reproduction rights, licensing rights, or rights to commercially reproduce the artwork.

Blush Pony Studio reserves the right to display completed projects in its portfolio, website, social media, advertising, and promotional materials unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Estimates & Pricing

Quotes and estimates are provided based on the information available at the time of preparation.

Unless otherwise stated:

  • Estimates are valid for 30 days.

  • Prices are subject to change if project scope changes.

  • Additional work requested after approval may result in additional charges.

Scheduling & Payments

Booking, deposits, cancellations, and refunds are governed by:

  • Your signed Service Agreement (if applicable)

  • Our Refund Policy

In the event of any conflict between a signed agreement and the Website, the signed agreement shall control.

User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use this Website for unlawful purposes.

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Website or its systems.

  • Copy or misuse artwork, images, or written content.
